We may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other details you voluntarily provide when you:

• Book a session
• Complete an inquiry form
• Subscribe to emails or text communications

How We Use Your Information

Your information may be used to:

• Communicate about your session
• Deliver products and services
• Send scheduling reminders or helpful resources
• Improve our client experience

Third-Party Platforms

We use secure third-party platforms for scheduling, contracts, payments, gallery delivery, and communication. Information is shared only as necessary to conduct business.

Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your session or inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at emily@emilycummingsphotography.com.

Pricing

A non-refundable session retainer is required to reserve your date. The retainer secures your session and includes planning and preparation. It does not include digital files or printed artwork.

Portrait collections and artwork are selected and purchased during your reveal session.

Pricing is subject to change at any time but is locked in once your session date is secured.

Travel within 10 miles of Naperville is included. Additional travel, location fees, or permit fees may apply beyond this radius.

Due to the custom nature of photography services and artwork, all sales are final.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and will always work with you when possible.

Sessions may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days’ notice. Administrative rescheduling fees may apply.

Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original session date.

Sessions not rescheduled within 90 days are considered cancelled and subject to current pricing if rebooked.

Mini-sessions are non-refundable and may be transferred to another available mini-session date when applicable.

Weather Policy

For outdoor sessions, weather decisions are made the day before your session if conditions may compromise safety or image quality.

If weather conditions are not suitable, we will reschedule at no additional fee.

Session Length

Full portrait sessions are up to 60 minutes.

Mini-sessions and styled sessions vary by offering.

Studio works efficiently to capture a complete, curated gallery within your scheduled time.

Wardrobe

Wardrobe guidance is included with full-length sessions.

Due to time constraints, mini-sessions do not include outfit changes unless otherwise specified.

Reveal Session

You will be invited to a personalized reveal session

Your gallery will include a curated selection of professionally edited images. Only the strongest images are presented.

Images are stored for up to six months from your session date. After that time, archival is not guaranteed.

Print & Product Policies

Print products typically require 6–8 weeks for production once ordered.

Shipping fees apply to physical product orders.

Studio guarantees print quality only for products ordered through our professional lab partners.

All digital files, prints, and artwork purchases are final.

Due to screen calibration differences, printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your device.

Copyright & Usage

All images are copyrighted by Emily Cummings Photography (Ten Little Bluebirds, LLC).

Purchased digital images include personal-use rights.

Images may not be altered, filtered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
